Face Poser: error when re-extracting

Hi.

Everytime I re-extract in Face Poser, after I've inserted the desired sentence, I get:

Last Extraction Result: an error occurred during extraction

Anyone know how to solve this?

PS:I know there's another topic on this, but there's no clear answer given.
