The guy who's blocking the R18+ rating for Computer Games thinks he's protecting the children, or some shit.

His arguements are something along the lines of an R18+ rating for computer games is not completely enforcable, because a parent might give an R18+ game to their kids. Because that never happens with DVDs, obviously.
