Ne one know a really nice fan for under $30 bucks for a Ati Radeon 9600XT, mines at like 50 Celcius half the time(no overdriving or overclocking) and i really want a fan to get it lowered.

Ya those are really good fans. Fans usually go for like 10 bucks that i get so for $30 they must be crazy awesome.

50 C is perfectly normal for the 9600XT. Don't worry about heat for a graphics card until it reaches 90+ C.

Either of those look good, though. If you do get one, spend the extra money and buy some artic silver thermal paste. It will be worth it.

Hmm what about a power supply. Like a decent 420 one.. Not to loud, but around 50 bucks?

Get one of those VGA Silencers, they're freaking awesome. As for psu, around $50? Perfect, I always recommend this one:

It's a beast, incredible power supply, cheap price for what you're getting, and it's extremely quiet.

Yeah the VGA silencer will help so too will that PSU (especially if yours isn't very good).

just dont forget that you invalid your warranty when you remove your existing fan. replacing it with the arctic, like i have mine, means that you wont be able to send your card back if something goes wrong.

if something does happen, e.g you gave it too much power and it fried, then you'll just have a slightly singed paperweight instead of a decent gcard :E

Paper weights are always usefull though.
You could even sell it on eBAY, people buy anything.
