Woah. I thought the early 360 screenshots were bad, but this video and these recent screens are nice.Orgasmic.Some screens

Also, remember the screen for Far Cry360 released 3 or so months ago? They looked horrible compared to these recent ones/

I agree, and those two PC screens are about as bland a selection as I can think of.

Take screens on Paradise setting on the research level, high res high AA and AF and imo it parrallel's instinct's on 360, except for the water.

There must be an absolutely astronomical increase over the 2-year-old PC graphics for me to have missed that...

Um, it actually looks remarkably similar to FC running on the highest settings on a PC. I don't know what the hubbub is all about. Now Cryengine2...now that's something to cream over (if that's your thing of course).

Oh, and a framerate figure might be nice too...just for comparison....

are we seeing the same thing? looks pretty average imho, and those 2 screens(the last one is the xbox version) of the pc version(you can tell by the hud) are old, the blackhawk didnt look like that in the final, i can play fc maxed and it looks much better than that...

It looks better on my computer. Except that the PC version doesn't let you run AA together with HDR, wich the 360 is comfortable with (or so it looks in the pictures).

I'm downloading the video now but those jaggies in the screen shots are killing me, at 1280x720 I could run 4aa easily on my machine. Why on earth aren't they using AA?

Exactly, there really isn't any next-gen qualities as far as I can tell (infact, there's just marginal improvements), at least nothing quite like the jump to DC.

Btw if anyone payed attention to the water in FEAR it looked INSANE when you shoot it. Look realtime and not a shadar i was like holy shit wtf.

After watching the video, I think the ymay have gone a litle overbaord with the waves in the water for the 360 version. Shooting it looked horrible too. Will the fluid dynamics react in real-time? I doubt it, but if they do, then it will obviously be a most incredible feat. It almost looks too cartoony as it stands right now....

No man have you read the 10 or so page explanation of story and features? If you have i think your going to see where im going at. Well i dont think it will beat Deus Ex but still ONE of the best of all time.

How is the water different? It looks exactly the same to me. The PC version had kind of stale water (it didn't react when you walked around in it or drove a boat), and this one does too.
