fastest agp card available?

Hi, I was looking at newegg and it seems all the latest video cards from both ATI and NVIDIA are PCI-E. I Have a 9800 XT PRo but I'm looking for a faster card: I still can't turn on AA and AF, and I kind of want to. I have an AMD 64 3000+, 1gb of ram. Would a new PCI-E compliant mobo or would a faster agp card be a better choice?

Well the PCI-E mobo would be a good choice for the future, but you would need to buy a new PCI-E card as well before you could use it. In which case you would maybe be better off just getting the fastest AGP card as it will last you a while.
