Wow.. Im surprised so many people use the AR2.. I don't use the AR'2 rarely at all.. Usually just the shotgun.

Ah, disinteballs. Fun. Especially when they are in a bottleneck, but in a distance, and you destroy all their reinforcements in one shot. I love the skybridge bit in Follow Freeman.

Incorrect. It's beats the pulse rifle over ammo, and there's generally tons of it around. While pulse rifle is longer range and more powerful, you can still do plenty of damage with it. It's often overlooked far too much.

And the grenade launcher is mistakenly powerful. So many times I've been in a firefight wishing I had an impact-grenade.

And I wouldn't say it's the best during a firefight. And it can lose it's edge after a while.

Not if you can shoot the enemies in the head. Most combat in HL2 is at midrange against groups of enemies making it an ideal weapon.
