I haven't watched any particuarly noteworthy films or shows as of late. But I've found that Aqua Teen Hunger Force really gets me laughing. It's just so damn absurd and random, and has so many great lines...

"We shall find his age. Cut him in half and count his rings!"
"Gentlemen, fill me with barbecue sauce, because I'm dumb as hell!"
