Wheeey, another Mogwai fan. :D Whats your favourite album/song?

I haven't listened to them much but I do love the songs Team Handed, Chocky, 2 Rights Make One Wrong
, I think those are off Mr. Beast :E

how about you?

Team Handed is off of Mr. Beast, but not the others. But hey, Chocky is one of my favourites too. :D My other faves are Travel Is Dangerous, Summer and Christmas Steps. If you've not heard them then I really recommend them.

Radiohead - Let Down
Pink Floyd - High Hopes
Boards of Canada - Dayvan Cowboy
Yann Tiersen - Summer 78
Blockhead - Sunday Seance

That is one of my favorite Radiohead songs. Neat selection in general.

Porcupine Tree - Blackfield

Just so you are aware, Blackfield is not by Porcupine Tree. It is a separate band that started as a collaboration between PT frontman Steven Wilson and Israeli singer/songwriter Aviv Geffen. Anyway, their new album is coming out soon can't wait.

BTW, here's my current list

Porcupine Tree- Trains
Blackfield- Hello
Peter Gabriel- Growing Up
Yes- Endless Dream
Duke Pearson- After The Rain

Trains is easily one of my favourite Porcupine Tree songs, along with The Sound of Muzak and Halo. Also, good call for Peter Gabriel - Growing Up. Love that song. Saw it live with Peter rolling around in the giant hamster ball. :D And a great Yes song, too, although my favourites for Yes would be something like Open Your Eyes, Leave It or the entirety of Close to the Edge.

only five?! ohhh well:

Radiohead: Paranoid Android (though OK Computer in its entirety is pretty orgasmic)
Muse: New Born
Rage Against The Machine: Wake Up
Sufjan Stevens: John Wayne Gacy, Jr.
The Libertines: Don't Look Back Into The Sun

EDIT:
Alexisonfire - Boiled Frogs

I forgot to include this :( Just not enough room!

I haven't quite got into the new Alexisonfire album yet. Heck, I haven't listened to it for awhile. My favourite song is still ''Hey, Its Your Funeral Mama'', though.

Judas Priest - One Shot at Glory/Heading Out to the Highway
Tesla - Modern Day Cowboy/The Way it is
Demons & Wizards - Blood on my Hands

What the -

Up until now, I thought I was the only person on hl2.net who liked Alexisonfire. I <3 Dallas Green's voice :D

Oh yeah, I do love me a bit of Alexisonfire. :D I love the nice mix of calm, melodic vocals and the raw screamed vocals. Watch Out! is one of my most played albums, but I've not heard it in a while. Might listen to it tonight.

Alexisonfire are a great band, and am seeing them November-ish I think.. can't wait! Accidents, No Transitory and 44. Caliber Love Letter are three of my most played songs, and their new album is rather good too :D

I presume your from the UK and are going to see them on the Taste of Chaos tour? Same here. Although I keep hearing its either Alexisonfire or Thursday. I don't mind either, would prefer Alexisonfire, though.

Yep, at the Birmingham NIA. I'd much rather see Alexis, they are so much better live, and I'd love to catch some Anti-Flag and UnderOath as well :D

Hah, thats cool; I'm off to the B'ham NIA, too! Woot for Anti-Flag, thats really the main reason I'm going, Alexisonfire is just a cool bonus. :D
