give weapon_hopwire

It's either the second or the last item in the fifth slot. Click to toss it, click again to make it asplode. But make sure neither you nor Alyx are standing near it first.

I know this my be over the top, but maybe freeman could hook a Strider Cannon on his suit. This would be simply:

Cannon + Gordon with SC on back = Lots of dead combine (and maybe a few unlucky citizens.)

As for the poll I'd have to say the Gravity Gun and the Pulse Rifle.
The crowbar will always hold its own place in my heart thou.
