Few questions about Portal

All of u know these questions but I am a bum.

> How do we know that the AI's name is GLaDOS?

1) Only from the credits.
2) Uhh.... that's in the credits too? It's written on the side of her after she's blown up and you're on the outside, other than that, I can't remember where else it says GLaDOS. I think there's a chart saying it somewhere too.
3) Not that I found, no.

1) Credits and I think the name of her 3D Model in the game files.
2) Credits, the writing on her side, and her full name is spelled out on the slide presentation that you can see twice throughout the game.
3) The slide presentations make mention of an "fuel icing inhibitor" which may be a reference to the Borealis(since it was meant to be an icebreaker in its pre-HL2 form), but otherwise no.
