Where can i get an anti-static pad and band. What cables do i need to hook everything up other than the psu cables. thanx again

Computer store? Hardware store? You may need ATA cables if there are none that come with your drives and/or motherboad.

I think that a lot of processors come with wristbands. Not sure though. If you can't get a hold of one, do what I did when I installed my video card. Just grab the side of the case and touch the psu 3 times (just to be safe) every 10 minutes or so, or each time you leave the pc and come back to continue work. I think you really should get a band though.
