I have watched both the promotional trailer and the gameplay trailer, and i must say the game looks much better than FFX, because the reduced polygons in the models (or something). apart from that it just looks like a normal FF, just with nicer (and more consistent) visuals.

godamn PS2... godamnit.. godamnit.. godamnit! i'd have to say that final fantasy games would be the only reason to buy the damn console. the only damn REASON! freaking... ARG! i want a frigging FF game for the Xbox. is that so much to ask? NO! GODAMNIT!

That is why consoles suck. If you want all the good games you gotta own em all. With the PC, it's all one platform.
 
Well, technically, there are several platforms... but one of them has all the games.
