i wonder why they didn't suggest teh install for RC1 users

i went to help and checked for updates, and it's 'strongly suggested i upgrade'

if that is the case, then why didn't it prompt to update when they released it.. Trying to keep bandwidth spread out I guess.

As Slug says, there doesn't seem too much different. I can imagine it's just minor, rare bug fixes. It seems incredibly close to launch, now.

it launches like 20 seconds faster than RC1 for me.

the only way they could have pulled that off is if there was some mistake they made in the RC1 that was fixed
