Hi,
Okay it's going to be unavoidable sounding like a total newb here, but does anyone know what all the file extensions used in Source map editing stand for? Stuff like your .vmt's, .bsp's, .ztmp's and a whole host of others I've seen used in the forums and in my compiler window. All I know is that .vmf stands for Valve Map File (even that could be incorrect!).
I can pretty much guess what kinds of files they are based on the context of the discussions but I'd really like to know once and for all what they all mean. Thanks!
