Finding a server

A group of us at work just bought this game at Christmas and love it! We would like to be able have one of us host a server under the company name and have the others be able to find and enter that server right away. What's the easiest and fastest way for my fellow co-workers to find each other?

Well, depending on the type of network you have, setting sv_lan 1 should make it show up in their lan browser nicely. Myself, I find the serverlists rather unreliable; I'd just set up an always-on server running Linux with an auto-restart script if it crashes, and email the local IP to everyone.
