This message is being made in Explorer :x

My firefox browser doesn't open. I've tried re-booting and everything. When I click the icon it just doesn't open. Any ideas what to do?

I'm running it now.

Although in fairness I'm using Bon Echo.

Running Firefox and no troubles here.

Check its not running in taskmanager too (firefox.exe), it can sometimes bugger up with profiles and things like that. But it's working fine for me.

This subject makes me think of angry lawyer :(

CTR-ALT-DELETE, then click the processes tab, and end the firefox proces.

Thanks Gray Fox, that worked :E

Firefox is up and running!

Haha, software can't be globally "down" I don't think (Unless the software was hooked up to the internet with some sort of live updating thing, and they accidentally sent out a b0rked update). FF is just a browser.
A very widely used one actually, and if FF somehow went down, you've just eliminated half the internet users.

Yeah this thread is funny yet fails at logic.

half the internet users.

Nowhere near that many. A much safer phrase would be "all the cool internet users". However, the fact is, last I heard, IE still held at least 85% of the market (although it was rapidly losing users). Being as this was no more than half a year ago, I doubt it's changed a ton.

half the interweb users ? lol, you're a funny guy.

actually, if firefox magically went down, everywhere the internet would become a much more friendly place with less companynamhere-bashing.

ff has borderline 10% i believe.

This just happened to me, had to close down a window with about 10 tabs open cause it wouldn't let me click anything, then couldn't start it up again till I ended firefox.exe. Not the worst I've had, but still annoying =/
