Because of Steam, when a person goes into a Netcafe to play Counterstrike, he can log onto his own account and play the game that he already owns on his home computer. However, for Steam and Counterstrike and Halflife to be on the computers at the Netcafe, the Netcafe owners also need to own a copy of Steam. This means, to play Counterstrike at a Netcafe, you must not only have to buy a copy of Counterstrike/Halflife for yourself, but the Netcafe also needs to purchase a copy as well for their computers, now supposedly, Valve are also forcing a licensing fee on Netcafe owners. Now is this fair?
Customer needs to own a copy of Counterstrike to play at a Netcafe over Steam.
The Netcafe needs to own a copy of Counterstrike for it to be used on their computers.
The Netcafe also needs to pay an additional fee as license fee?
