My first ever 3D model

urrrrr. The animation is alright. The actual model is quiet hard to tell. Just looks like its made up of primative objects. Its good for a first attempt though. It will be intresting to see how your work developes.

Yeah, its just made of primatives apart from some bezier patches here and there. remember this is my first model. oh yeah, and im using Moray :|

Moray is a shareware POS, im looking to get 3DS Max at somepoint once i get more into it but im currently downloading Bryce i think it was called.

I was wondering about the forum but the 3D models section is for half-life stuff, i just wasnt sure.

The reason its badly lit is because its badly modeled hehe old trick i know.

Ill work on it some more and get a nicer version up soon.

Oh yeah, my voice in the background was just something i was trying. He was ment to look at the camera and shake his first and say "Dam monkeys!" but i couldnt get the animation right so i just left it so that he faces the camera a little.

The static was just a crap mic, no fualt of my own.

tbh m8 a little bit of advise is just to miss all the other smaller applications and get right into it. No point getting used to lower end programs. I also hate how them lower end programs have so many prefabricated things. Its not even really classed as your work (not saying its like that in this situation, because I didn't know how u made it) It kinda leads people faulsly as well. Because people sometimes think its just as easy with a professional program. I saw these people are my school using this really terrible 3d package. It had like prefabricted urrr everything LOL. It was basiclly playing a game. It was so crap tbh.

Anyway ye, sorry to go a bit off topic there. It looks nice.
