flash slide to jpg ?

how should i go about saving a single flash slide (from flash mx 7) to a jpg file, with no size loss?? I have tried copying and then pasting in paint but it gets all small like, trying to make an interwebs cartoon and i want to use flash's awesome drawing power >=D. but i suck at animating so i just want to do some single frames, any ideas? and no "dont suck at flash so much, learn to animat, lolz @ muffin" comments please, if you want to help me animate (lol i can't even figure out how and lack motivation atm). any help is appreciated:smoking:
