Flipping Dune Buggy at start of Hwy 17

Can't get the Manipulator to do it. Do I have to do it right after the magnet drops me? I waited a while afterwards and the gun doesn't budge it...

Aiming at the buggy and pressing MB1 should do the trick.

You cant pick it up. Use the primary fire.
