Flood Caution + Rain Hazard declared.

And its raining like hell. The dam broke, the roads are swamped, and I just escaped from Seoul.

Currently, the rain clouds are moving south, towards me. So, flood caution has been declared at where I live.

It's all an elaborate Communist plot. And for the record, it was 100 degrees and clear yesterday here in LA!

The only time my house flooded was a few years back when a trash can fell into the drain outside my house during a thunderstorm and clogged it so all the drain water came and flooded my house.

On a side note, I was in China when the typhoon struck a few days ago, it didn't hit the place I was in very badly, but they cancelled all flights and closed the airport so I was stuck there for an extra day.
 
It's stifling all across america as well. It's suppose to get up to 100F all week here. Also this isn't dry heat, we have a dew point of 67 right now.
 
Floods suck. Hope nothing of yours gets destroyed.

But you better give us some of that water! Here, the grass is dying since it's hot with no rain. :x It's been warmer than normal this year, ~100 deg. F (38C) and 50% humidity today. Normally it's 80F (26C) and 70% humidity.

It got to 106 in Tampa. And I had to work outside all day.

But seriously, I'd love a big thundery terrential downpour of biblical proportions. I'd lay naked in my garden on my seaside inflatable dingy.

And they say wednesday will be 35 to 37 degrees celcius. Damn, i'm just gonna have to camp in the car with the air-con on.

hah oh dear, we're looking to get temperatures around that here ...........for one day :p and it's looking like the hottest ever in some places in the UK.
 
Hmm... it's dry here, as it has been for a while. I really want a nice summer thunderstorm :(
 
Rain isn't stopping. Freaking 550mm...... I never knew clouds could hold that much water in them.
