Floor problem?

Hi all,

i have been making maps for a while now but i have this strange problem sometimes, when i go outside on this map the floor from a building comes right outside and nearly covers the whole floor of my map, but in hammer it shows everything is ok.

Here is my problem

nope not overlapping i have checked it just appears out of thin air lol i havnt a clue
