I probably wouldn't like real Chinese food. Too much focus on vegetables... VERY little meat.

I like Americanized/Westernized Chinese food... it's a real comfort food.

The only time I can ever really stomach TB is late night and/or when I'm shitfaced, but I do like it a lot.


Taco Bell is the perfect food to eat whilst intoxicated.
 
Just had pizza, so as of this moment, italian.
 
Homemade Mexican. Especially homemade or semi-homemade burritos.
The ones my mother makes are the best since she was basically raised by Mexicans and knows the secrets. Basically a full course serving of every major food group in one stuffed burrito and homemade hot sauce along with jalapenos is good for the circulatory system.

Also, it takes skillz to perfectly wrap your own burrito and taco salads are for you American gringo chumps that can't do it yourselves. :p

Except alot of times she'll get lazy and get the frozen burritos, which is blasphemy and a disgrace to her heritage. Our family harrased her about that enough already so now she rarely gets those anymore. Thank goodness for homemade burritos. :cheese:

Also, why isn't there a "Geek food" option? This includes Resses Pieces, Duritos, Bawls and Red-Bull energy drinks etc. I'm sure alot of you would have voted for that. I myself don't touch junk-food stuffs personally aside from a energy drink on occasion. < EDIT I'm guessing this would go under "other" though. Nevermind.
 
Indian. There's so much variety and it all tastes awesome. I'm a big fan of spicy food and most seems dull compared to a good curry. I have at least 2 a week :)

Thai is a close second and only loses out because it lacks Indian foods diversity.

Personally, I would pay good money to see a snail eat a rat.
 
Lots of places eat rats. I don't care, as long as they don't eat my ones.

In order :-

1) Indian - cause it's spicy :bounce:
2) American - mmm, KFC and chicken wings! :D
3) Chinese - Delicious chicken dishes.
4) Italian - Too bland, but lasagne has cheese and mince so I like that.
5) Sea Food - Fish is good, crab is good, but I'm allergic to prawn. :(
6) Mexican - Mostly meh, but nachos are great. And Tabasco (is that Mexican?)
 
But seafood is amazing. Lobster! MMMMMMMM! Crab! MMMMMMMMMM! Clams, oysters, scallops, omg.. I can go on forever, baby! :D

By the way, what does Escargot taste like? I've always wanted to try it, but no where in my American area are restaurants that serve it.

And I'm glad to see you love seefood as well. I'd have to off you if you didn't
 
Everyone says they taste like chicken. The texture is very similar and they're delicious! You almost always eat them with garlic and butter, so I suppose they're like buttery garlic chicken thingies.

Try some! [edit] OH... I don't know where you can get some. They come in tins sometimes. I will send you some!

Indian whould have to be my favourite. Escargot just tasted like garlic when I tried it.

I like Italian food, i.e. pizza and pasta. Just had some nice deep-pan pepperoni pizza for tea! My mum used to make a gorgeous pepperoni past bake but she doesn't make it any more. My fave pasta atm is spicy tuna pasta (using fajita spice). I like other types of food as well. I like good old English meals like hot-pot, roasts and chippy chips, but any type of (mildly) spicy food I like as well.
 
Thai food. Very refined and full on spicy at the same time. My favourite dish would be the peanut curry (Khaeng Massaman) with chicken salad Lao style (Lap Kai) as a close second. The national noodles dish (Pad Thai) is different everytime you eat it, but always great. Damn, I am hungry now.

Rumor has it that Catfish served in seafood restaurants (probably other seafoods too) are raised in Sewage water in China. The fish are supposedly so sick that that the Chinese fish farmers have to inoculate them with antibiotics just to keep them alive. :p Also, although I like the taste of fish, some experts say that eating more than three servings of fish a week is not very healthy due to the high mercury content. Not sure if great tasting fish and the Omega 3 vitamins are worth it anymore now tbh.
