Seeing as you fought for the right side in the Great Console War that makes us like nam buddies, Saturos. Darkside, you are outmanned and outgunned!

I revisited Super Ghouls 'n' Ghosts about a month back btw - GBA version - and gave up on the spikey organic looking level that rotates. Level 4? Either way, it was annoyingly tricky. Not fun, just annoying.

I vote for Parodius.

You don't know what side he fought for! He could have been playing Super Ghouls and Ghosts to gather intelligence on the SNES, while secretly being spy for Genesis army! The man played HARD CORPS!

I think it is YOU who are outgunned, Super Nintendrone!

I wish there was someone on this board who fought for Turbo Grafix 16/PC Engine, so we could be complete

I think they all got annihilated in the initial crossfire. One of my mates still has one - we played Bonk a year or two back to see if it still worked

So long as we're idly throwing game suggestions around without deciding much, I want it known that if Puyo Puyo Tsu never comes up in this thing, I will cry like a little girl. Though yes, it doesn't take much.

I'm not to knowledgeable about SNES games, but here's my ideas:

R-Type III (Highest score, no continues)
Super Bomberman #? (Highest score, no extra lives)
Super Mario World (Highest score, no extra lives)
Super Puyo Puyo Tsu (Highest score, no continues)

As for the rules, here's one suggestion:

Everyone gets a week to record the highest score for a certain game. However, no scores are to be posted until the deadline date: the idea behind this is that it encourages everyone interested to participate and play the games no matter what their ability level. Whenever I've seen flash games posted on the forum, the third person in posts some humongous score and if you try the game once, you don't come close and feel it isn't worth your time.

And yes, it'll be done on an honour system, but what would be the point in cheating if no-one knew you were doing it? I for one fully expect to lose every single challenge :P

Very good insight on this. I would have to agree with your scoring/posting system. When I get home from work tonight I'm putting up the poll. I'll probably create a new thread with all of the games suggested and have a mod delete this one.
