Forsaken, a mod that stands out from the usual crowd of post-apocalyptic team warfare modifications by its unusually high quality, has given us a long-overdue media release to remind us that they are not dead! Check out the screenshots below:[br]

We've added two new previously unannounced weapons, a fully skinned Remington 870 pump-action shotgun and a M84 Stun grenade. We have also updated all of the map shots for Orange Park ( 5 in total ) and have released 1 new Purity shot and 1 new Grime shot. Stay tuned cause we've got plenty more updates on the way over the coming weeks including in-game action and HUD shots.

As if this weren't enough, they've promised more updates to be coming in the very near future - we'll keep you updated! There is also some forum-exclusive media, so feel free to head over to their site and check that out as well.

Aweshens. I read their site once and I was very impressed with their original ideas. Definitely waiting for this one.

This is one of the few mods I've been following from the start. Looking foward to.

o , this looks hot.
i like the broken tiles.

how did they get the lighting to look so soft, hdr?
It looks awesome.

It's safe to assume this isn't the same Forsaken I have on N64?
Flying around on hover bikes blasting other people floating around on hover bikes?

It's a good question; We are aware of the Forsaken game, on the N64, but we felt it was far enough in the past to perhaps free up the name again. We tried 100's of names, such as Forsaken world, Forsaken lands etc. But Forsaken, just worked.

Thanks for all the kind comments guys, much appreciated. Watch this space in the coming weeks ;)

Thanks for the kind words everyone... glad you liked the update, we've got more goodies coming soon :)

If I didn't have so much fun with my N64 version, I probably would not remember it. Forsaken was not very popular on the PC, or even on consoles, probably why that guy dotted at me. :|
