TBH I think the chatroom may be been partly responsible for funnelling activity away from the main site. We also never advertise the bloody thing so new members won't know about it and think the community is dead.

To be fair the chat is often pretty dead until Veg, Morgs, Sliver, or BadHat show up. Daytime chat is not much different from all the time Valvetime.net,
