He fell off a cliff that was 20 feet high, while he was falling he got sucked into space by a massive space vacuum cleaner. Inside, his voice box was removed and he was injected with concentrated (80%) Mozart™.

He was then deposited back on Earth, and left to roam the streets of Kent.

well seems like it would be a little more then that, maybe like his whole family died or his house blew up and his children were in there and they were traped under this flaming debris and he couldnt save them so he watched them die...

But anyway, Health workers don't think that he's got autism, they think he may have suffered some sort of trauma.

Like I said, the people at the hospital say it could be trauma. They'd probably recognise Autism or Aspergers.
