Fox"news" says it has constitutional right to misinform public; judge agrees

ya but intelligent people didnt need this incident to convince them that fox is full of shit
Unfortunately Umerikuh is full of dumdums who believe the shit, and have the fuel for their redneck fire. How many less would there be if there were only real news sources?

Ponder this:
If other news stations report on this, will people be inclined not to believe them? Sort of a paradox.

Fox will just say that the whole story was made up, and then it will be truth.

blatantly anti Semitic and keep on blabbering about the post america world.

CNN for me.

CNN is ace. I was up in Sydney last week and my cousins had it on cable. Great network (although I think relying on twitter for feedback on stories is a little dumb).

Re: Al-Jazeera English, for a start, see what Stern said and if you're talking about Al-Jazeera, I can't really say because I haven't see any straight up Al-Jazeera news. As for what i've seen on Al-Jazeera English, it's pretty much on par with CNN and the BBC. Nothing i've seen has been antisemitic.

In Korea they'd be fined to hell and back, perhaps even get their broadcasting rights revoked, and their head changed.

Do competing news stations have some kind of pact to not run stories against each other? If I was competing with them for viewers, I'd run the opponents news station into the ground! Headline "FOX ADMITS THEY INTENTIONALLY LIE" scrolling across the bottom of the screen 24-7.

And if they have some sort of agreement, then where is the integrity?
