FPS Console Command / Config Command

Hi All,
Counter Strike Newb here, What is the console command to show FPS. Is there a command i can put in my config or launch command to have them show?

net_graph 3
net_graphpos (1-3)
fps_max 9999

if you start to type any of these they will pop up

net_graph 3

Anybody notice the difference between

net_graphsolid 1 and 0? I sure as hell can't.
