I'm glad I bought myself a GeForce and not a Radeon. I prefer nVidia cards by far. I only hope that there won't be issues with nVidia users and HL2.

My FX5700 Ultra works great with Counter Strike: Source, and it scores a solid 40 to 60 FPS in the Video Stress Test (40 with vsync; 60 without).

Nope, no 6800 here. I bought mine slightly before that was out, and it's also a bit expensive.

I do however get a stable 40+ FPS in CSS with high settings, so no worries. And that's even without optimization tweaks for extra memory, etc. - in other words, I'm sure I'll be running HL2 on high settings without any problems.
