I looked it up on steam and it's 10 euros. However I don't think I'll get it. From what I've read the multiplayer comunity has the same problems like FEAR Combat, it's small and most players are veterans. So you'll have a very frustrating experience.

As for the games I've played: I highly recommend Trackmania. Lots of simple fun and because of the way the game works you don't have to worry about one mistake ruining your whole race (you're racing to set the best lap time, and you can repeat from the start as many times as you like until the level changes).

Company of Heroes is a great game and unless the hero units have seriously unbalanced it I would really really really really recommend giving it a go.

Hmm try run it with admin account and disable User Account Control..
And try to INSTALL the game in XP/2000 compatibility mode with admin rights.
yeah open game directly through All Programs and not TFD launcher.

Tried playing the Lexus game, got up to the loading screen for the race and the game just crashes.

This is all that pops up - Please Submit the file "C:\Users\****\Documents\SimBin\VolvoTheGame\Minidump\VolvoTheGame_1.0.0.0-20101125-221518-5488-5748.dmp" along with a description of what you think caused the crash to a developer near you

You could try downloading it again. It says the archive could be damaged. I seriously doubt gamer's hell would host a broken archive since 2006. I don't really know about all of these things but guess it could have been corrupted on their servers recently though.

I think I had to that that thing run for day before it finally managed to download the game. It really sapped all of my motivation to play it and live out my mech fantasy. I remember plaing MW4 and enoying that it had a much more complex control scheme than MW3. No more mouse aiming. I might try to battle through it today and see what comes of it.

Good god, no kidding. I was super psyched for MW4 to be released free and when it finally was I jumped all over that shit, and struggled with MekTek for hours before I could it to download/install/run. By the time I was ingame throwing a few PPCs on a heavy Clan mech it felt like a pyrrhic victory.

Does Tribes 2 have any servers to speak of? I remember having a blast playing T2 multiplayer back in the day.
