Full SDK download for HL2

Does anyone know where I can download the full SDK for Half Life 2, I can only find the full SDK for HL. I've searchred on google a number of times but found nothing.

And you have to own Half-Life 2 as well.

yep its on the bottom of the play games list once you put your hl2 cd key in.

it is in the games menu and you scroll down to the tools part and click it and then click download
