yes, is was stated tf2 will be a stand alone game, maybe it might be included with HL2 for a limited time or included anyways as a suprise and later be released retail for people who never gave a rats ass for HL or HL2 and just want some hardcore fps shooting, just like some people who play cs, hell half of them have never heard of HL!

With all this mystery behind it, it could only be CS2 or TF2. But Doug recently confirmed TF2 is standalone. So that means CS2.

What I don't get is how they are going to sell any copies of Counter-Strike Conditon Zero if they release CS2 as a downloadable mod are a retail game! I mean anybody would pick the version of CS with Valves new source engine!

Actually CS2 was being worked on as far back as Christmas 2000. So who knows, there's a chance it'll be HL2's multiplayer mode. Sure would sell a lot more copies of HL2 w/ "CS2 Included! Free!" on the box...

Then again TF2 included would be mega pwnage...

I don't really care that much, as I'm in it for the 3rd party mods.

Ive never played tfc1 ever in my life, ive only been playing online games for 2 years, im mainly a cs man, but if tf2 comes with it, brilliant, its time for some changes and i cant wait.
Hl1 was revolutionary in sp, mods made it just as good in mp
HL2 will be the same but its multiplayer may be heck of alot better since we got cars and stuff, it will be gr8 if we have fire fights in a city, using vechiles trying to catch flags or something.
