me niether, but then i dont trust super trooper, he takes ages to post and makes suprise appaearances, *looks around nervously*
besides, learn to talk you fool.

but yeah, that was quite funny.
 
Whether SuperTrooper is fake, or not, is irrelevent. I don't want people making comments about his English...If he is genuine, he may take offense to that. So please, don't say anything like that again. If anyone does, I'll be inclined to close this thread...again.

if you dont like him, dont post.. when you post saying things like "you guys know its a show, right?" or "what an idiot, and could.." etc etc, it just shows you cant stand someone else getting attention.
no one cares if he is genuine or not, he isnt advocating anything, he isnt hurting anyone, judging anyone, putting anyone down, or being negative in any way. (children take note, that his attitude is positive regardless of drivel)

sure its silly to put him on a pedastal of praise, however its moronic to attack him, it shows how truely shallow you are.

  • He isn't particulary funny.
  • He obviously isn't real if you have any experience with a foriegn language. It's a thing called translating grammar, you see -- he's just making up funny words and his verb-subject placement is just helter skelter. But you didn't need to know that, it's quite obvious that he's fake anyway.
  • Not that point number two matters, as people of said, he just wants attention and people find it amusing.
  • This thread belongs in this forum because it's about Half-Life 2.
  • Please stop opening and closing threads on your very whim because people are 'insulting eachothers English'.

??? pardon me? just cause I said 'lol, u know this is put on right' doesnt mean I dont like him, hence the 'lol' as in "I found him funny" dont hate the guy, dont like him, dont freaking know him but most important of all dont particularly care

okay heres my attempt at bringing this thread back to topic seeing as we needed it to bring some light hearted talk back to the forum..

um..so since supertrooper has given his silly/funny way of getting the game.. or info about the game.. how about we all share our silly/funny/outrageous ways that *if* we could, we would go about getting HL2 or some media to feed to the starving crowd of millions..

hmm I actually was not quoting you, in fact I didnt even realize you wrote that, I was trying to generalize, and that view has been expressed before, Im arguing a point not attacking you.

I wouldnt insinuate, I have no problems pointing something out or taking someone on head on in a debate, however this was not the case, perhaps sub-conciously I registered what you said, and perhaps I wasnt general enough, but what I was trying to express was what has been brought up before.

personally I find ST silly, but then again I find tons of people on this forum to be "Silly", however I dont feel the need to express how I feel about other users.. I come here to discuss HL2, Im not here to dole out judgement on other people, I just wish other people could attain that maturity.
The only reason I posted here is because I thought it was actually funny.

Im sick and tired of hearing people whine about someone else, when they could have just skipped reading it, sometimes I think some of you write crap and just think to yourselves "oh goody +1 post count"
