after you destroy the autogun, you will pass with the car near some building. there are two skeletons huging. they are like man and woman comforting each other as it has been seen in previous episodes. noticed that?

Actually this news are old for me, I've found these skeletons when i first time played half life 2 episode 2 because i was looking for some supplies and my health was low too, and when I've entered the room i saw the skeletons, haha they were creepy too.

And about the health, I've found more ammo and health in the building when you get the RPG.
