FX 55 prices drop or .

I made a thread a few days ago asking about the FX 53 prices going down, and i learned that the manufacturing of the FX 53 will stop once the FX 55 comes out. I will be able to get my computer in december. Would it be a good idea to buy the athlon 64 3500+ then, and wait until the FX 55 prices go down, or will the the FX 55 be replaced by the next processors. Not replaced, but manufactering stopped.
Will the starting price of the FX 55 be around $900?
My computer would curenty cost $2492, around there, with an FX 53. It now has to be $2000, give a little take a little. So the FX 53 cannot be bought yet. This question is really about upgrading to the high end processors of tomorrow.
Sorry about the sloppiness of this post, i was in a rush, and not sure what to ask.

I know its cool to be getting a new computer (especially when you build it yourself), but just wait.

Prices and hardware changes so fast, so it is best to wait a couple of weeks before you order before you "plan your computer".
