I saw him in Water Hazard, overlooking the canal and I saw him on the highway, when you stop off at a house the combine took over to spy on the rebels. You can look through the telescope and see the Gman shaking hands with someone on a rooftop. I know I saw him somewhere else, but I forget where. (Besides the end)

That I believe is actual a CP in the rain, not the gman, there seems to be a running joke among graffiti artists to depict the CP's doing human things when they clearly appear to be quite inhuman.

The first sighting I remember is on the monitor in Klieners lab, the next in the traincar with the vortigaunt and the rebel, he's on the TV, beyond that I'm not remembering.

Not sure... that particular graffiti is very different from the others... most combine-related grafiti was colored (ala the CP holding a baby, what's THAT about anyway?)...

I spotted G-Man 3 times in the game... once in Water Hazard. I was standing atop a hill which had a barn on it containing some cp's... he's off in the distance on the dam control building, when you spot him he walks away... attached is a screenshot. In the coastline sequence, if you look through the camera the CP's are using to watch the guys across the way, you can see G-Man talking to a guy in the top of a barn. Rather expressively I might add. I also saw him a bit later... I think it was right after we finally ditch the buggy, after the bridge/traintracks level... down near where the train cars all jam the track... left side of the car, look between the train car and the building... you spot him and he walks away.

I think the "caste" one with the CP and the baby is like I said a bit of a joke, though perhaps I'm reading it wrong. If you look at the Born posters they have a similar style to the gMan/CP in rain one, on the other hand now that I look at it it looks more like a suited man than a CP, but outside of an easter egg it doesn't seem to fit the story. Ah well who knows!
