G-Man Location Not In The Guide!

I really hope this hasn't been talked about yet...
Towards the end of the chapter Water Hazard, after ramping onto the island and killing the two Combine who rush from the large building, I immediately went around the left of the building and clearly saw the G-Man standing on the dam. This location is not in the guide.
I wonder how many others Prima missed?
I emailed Gabe about it because I am extremely curious as to whether or not I should keep my eyes peeled for him.
The following screens show where I saw him... the first three show how to get there, the last three show the G-Man.

That's the first GMAN i saw!!!

I shouted out "There's the mutha-****ing G-Man!" (there was no one else in the house )

I dont have the guide but is there a page where it tells you all the locations because that might tell you?

the first g - man i saw was on the 3rd level and they quickly flashed him on the tv, then it turns off

I saw him in Ravenholm at the end of the chapter. Looking through 2 containers standing against each other. He walked away
I screamed "G-man! COME BACK! I LOVE U!"
