I ****ing hate eb games (ok hate is a bit strong) I dislike them and avoid buying anything from them because they have overinflated prices, rude/stupid staff, puny pc section, elitist attitude, shitty customer service and horrible return policies

Kotaku said:After encountering a show stopping bug in the execrable Blazing Angels Dratz (some guy writing in a blog) attempted to return his copy of the game, but was stymied by an obsequious but unyielding manager who refused to let him return an opened game...
Dratz got absolutely nowhere trying to get a refund for his game, but his solution was ingenious. Reluctantly accepting a new copy of the game in exchange for the opened one, under the pretense that the game was broken because of a manufacturing defect, Dratz then proceeded to get back in-line and trade-in the unopened copy of Blazing Angels he had just been handed.
Hi, I have my receipt and an unopened game. I would like a refund.”
They stopped smiling.
The manager tried to explain the policy again, but I cut him off.
“Yeah, that’s a good policy. However it no longer applies to me. I have my receipt and an unopened game. I would like a refund.”
