People need to take a step back and realize that more good games is good for all of us.
IGN said:It doesn't matter which way you cut, dissect or analyze it, Halo 2 comes up aces in ever way. It's a noble achievement in storytelling, gameplay balance, and multiplayer design. And it's easily the best console-based, online game on Earth. Easily. Like so many people have said thus far: In 2004, Halo 2 will own you.
Ok. :O That's you. But you are saying that the reviews of Half-Life 2 by PC games-only magazines aren't to be trusted by you? That sounds kinda silly.Vigilante said:but still, they are xbox only. I only trust reviews that will review games from all platforms.

Damn you Americans and your 2 day earlier Halo 2 release!!!!!!1
I'm simply stating it's pointless to compare accross platform because people are looking for different things depending on what platform they are playing on. For instance most console game's have very limited physics systems compared to PC games, if someone brought out a PC game with console style physics in todays climate people would surely complain, but they don't mind it when it's on a console.
Am I the only one whose interested in Halo 2 primarily for the single player (and co-op) game.
That's exactly the reason I'm looking forward so much to Half-Life 2 (sans co-op, of course).Warbie said:Am I the only one whose interested in Halo 2 primarily for the single player (and co-op) game.
There hasn't been a single player fps that requires any skill to complete (on any platform) since the original Halo (imo)
The thought of some challenge, that isn't online, in a single player story driven experience, with vehciles, and co-op, has me rather excited

I'm having trouble viewing the video review for the Xbox.

If thats the proper ending, i wonder what the Legendary one isWarbie said:and couldn't care if Master Chief falls in love with another male cyborg and spends the rest of eternity cohabiting with his chosen life partner (as long as he gets the time to star in Halo 3 )
