Garrys Mod 7 Wont Work

It just wont work. I start it up and create new game, and what happens? IT GETS STUCK! Then I try to join a public server, GETS STUCK, then I try to create public server, GETS STUCK! :x
It has run perfectly before, anyone who knows how to fix it?

uninstall, make sure all its files are removed, validate just incase, reinstall and it should be fine.

I have removed the garrysmod map in the steam map thing and installed like 5 times but it wont work, I tryed download garys mod from another link and it still wont work.

Also in the console when I start garrys mod it says Game .dll loaded for "garrysmod"

and I tryed to install earlier versions of garrys mod but they dont work either now!

Dude it happens to me all the time even when I went to create a server the lag was through the roof, it was unbelivable! FIX THE MULTIPLAYER GARRY!!!!

Go into SourceMods and delete the garry's mod folder COMPLETELY. I mean highlight the folder and mash that delete button like your life depended on it. But only if you depended on it once. As in, don't press it more than once. Uh.... just delete the damned folder.

After that, go to http://garry.tv/garrysmod/ and download the latest one. Run it, and restart Steam after you've installed it. Yay, good job, etc, go play.
