Garrys mod aaargh!

I have tried downloading GM from both DLX and its homepage, and I keep getting the same error. I was wondering if you could help.

I go to the folder I downloaded the file too, double click the file and a message, "NSIS error. The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomlete blah, blah". What can I do as my desire to fool my non-playing friends about HL2 story is not going to accept this setback.
