Garry's mod no steam

i'm love half-life games, but i hate that steam thing
i bought half-life 2 and putted an no-steam patch on it
and i wanna play garry's mod, but i can't find a patch for no-steam, but you can download an stand-alone version of it, but could that be possible an stand-alone version of garry's
becaus its 700Mb, and i don't want to waste it if it's not possible and fake
and if it's possible, could i use it with my half-life 2?

jeah i know but i don't wana use steam, it needs an internet connection all the time, sometimes you can't play becaus there's something with there server, i used 1 year ago, it's crappy like hell

You can actually run Steam in offline mode so long as you have it installed. If there is no internet connection just select 'run offline' and it should still work ok. But you really should get Steam. i know it can be a pain in the ass at times but it will make the games run a hell of lot more smoothly.
