Now, I was looking at pr0n the other day trying to add some new videos to my collection, but I accidentaly clicked a link to a page that I really REALLY REALLY didn't want to go to.
Can anyone tell me how to clear all traces of my history and recent downloads? I've went to internet options and cleared my cookies and history there but is that enough?
I don't want other people to be able to see where I've been since others usel this computer. Mainly I just want to make sure there are no traces of that site or the picture that was on that site, because people may get the wrong idea.

I think it depends just how closely anyone's gonna look. Thats the best start to clear out most traces; myself I'd also go into you temporary internet files folder and check to make sure everything is gone.

you might want to check the folders:

c:\documents and settings\%username%\recent
c:\documents and settings\%username%\local\temp
c:\documents and settings\%username%\local\temporary internet files
c:\documents and settings\%username%\local\history
c:\documents and settings\%username%\cookies

in tools-internet options-settings-view objects you see the contents of C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files. They might contain *cough* disputable programs
