Is that a BSOD he gets towards the end? hahahhaa
Edit: Hey, nice to see Alpha Protocol coming along so well, that delay has really done wonders! It's already won awards in show for Most Awkward Looking Controls, Most Annoying Distance Blur Effect, Most Dated Graphics and Most Derivative Dialogue System.

You do realize the video was from a cam, not recorded in-game, right?
What ZT said. I really don't see how it being a cam (which I fully realised watching it) has any bearing on anything I said. Unless the cam was losing focus on specific parts of the screen every 3 seconds, thus creating the intensely annoying blur effect.Alpha Protocol is great. You do realize the video was from a cam, not recorded in-game, right?
I like what I see - Obsidian's games are never about graphics, they're about content and writing and so far it's good.
It's not "open world" and "total freedom", Alpha Protocol is probably more comparable to Mass Effect/Dragon Age when it comes to how "open" it is.
Dude... look at the video. This is not some shitty shaky handicam footage, it's clear as day (besides the slight dutch angle). I can very clearly see textures, aliasing around models, everything. I acknowledge that it's not 100% quality, but it's more than enough to make a judgement from. That's exactly my point. Footage recorded through a camera of a screen will always be lower quality than an actualy in-game record. I like what I see - Obsidian's games are never about graphics, they're about content and writing and so far it's good.
Besides, Chris Avellone worked on it, guaranteeing a non-standard take on the spy-fi genre.
