emotion is key. emotion is what makes drives humans to keep going. not to give up. sure emotion causes us to do some pretty retarded things, but at the same time it's what makes us advance. i'd hate it if the worlds best minds used the "**** it" philosophy when they couldn't get an equation working, or if doctors said "**** it" when they couldn't solve a medical issue or couldn't come up with an antidote for something.
people who have that sort of mentality are the weak ones.
If you get angry at everything emotions got the best of you. Emotion's great but most of the time it just gets the best of people, you got to learn how to control things.
Just because someone doesn't get ****ING angry at something/someone for something doesn't mean they don't feel emotion.
Getting angry usually doesn't help you, same with being sad or anything like that, sometime in life most people learn that it's better just to move on, do what you want and forget that this one person stole money from you, or that driver cut you off. I mean, if you can do something about it that harm anyone but teach that person a lesson, great.
If someone every stole something that was mine I'd work to get it back, and if I found out who did it, I'd probably just steal it back and maybe teach him not to steal stuff.
I don't have to get angry about it to do something about it.
Penn & Teller did a nice episode on anger management, and they found the best way is to just do something to take your mind off of it.If you're angry you better find a way to somehow let it out, don't bottle it inside. And monks are rare to come by, so...
They found if you let out your anger you generally just became more angry. You'd feel better, but still angry I guess? I can't find a clip off of YouTube, but it'd be a good episode to watch.
