Getting Stuck.

This has happened to me a couple of times and I was wondering if anyone else had experienced it.

Playing CS:S running fine, suddenly I'll jerk backwards, normally a few paces. I can turn, shoot, but when I move a few steps I'll jerk back to where I was and so it repeats. I can only move a short distance before my porsition is reset, like I'm stuck in some little loop. After the game ends or I die I'm fine again.
It has happened about 3 times now, once after re-spawning at the start of a game and once in game.

Anyone else had similar problems? Anyone know what is causing it and how to fix it?

I've seen this in other games before. I'm not exactly sure what causes it, I think it has to do with the client not updating the server with it's position, but I'm just guessing. The server still thinks you are in that spot and tells the client that, but the client never tells the server it's moving. Sounds good right?
