Seriously man he cant eat and he aint feeling good at all, a little sympathy instead of ridiculing him would go a long way. I mean if i was in that situation i'd feel so ill, i don't know if you could relate, or if you've ever had a girlfriend or if having one means anything to you, but just let it go.
