GFCScape not working...

Whenever I try to open it, I get the message: "The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

How do I get around this, I just wanted to try skinning.

Close steam and try again.
If you still have problems after that, download the .net framework from Micro$oft.

BTW, why would restarting steam help when I'm trying to open a program that isn't associated with steam?
