Gmod addon-help

Alright, i just know there is going to be some simple solution that i missed and its going to make me look like a total n00b in front of everyone but here i go. :x
Ill get right to it, I want to download addons, but something goes horribly wrong when i try.

I do the normal procedures, Start at my computer, go to program files, go to steam ----> Steamapps ----> my username. and right there, my 3 games are supposed to pop up as folders. (TF2, Gmod, and CS.) Yet for some unknown reason, ONly TF2 shows up. Ive tried rebooting, using Run, file searching, even uninstalling and reinstalling Gmod (then steam itself). Ive sent countless emails, and nothing has helped. Anyone know what i need to do?

this seems like something you would want to talk to somebody about, try a phone #
in the mean time, try this https://support.steampowered.com/ they might be able to figure out your problem of why your folders aren't showing up
